Billing Questions:
Again, welcome and thank you for choosing New Beginnings. The office will verify your insurance, get referrals if required, and will find out what is your current mental health co-payment. It is the client’s responsibility to update this office if an insurance change happens or if mental health co-payments change during the year.
If we do not accept your insurance and you have “out of network” benefits, this office will work with you through your deductible. After your deductible, you will only have to pay a co-payment for therapy. One significant benefit to using your “out of network” benefits is your therapist does not send any reports to your insurance company. Your sessions are totally confidential.
